When making a reservation, guests pay 40 percent of the total amount of the reservation, and 30 days before arrival they need to pay the rest of the amount, except for last minute offers. Upon arrival at the facility (or through the account), guests leave a 700 euro deposit, which is activated in case of damage caused by carelessness or negligence of the guests. The ideal time of arrival is from 16 to 20, but when the house is ready, guests can have an earlier check-in, and check-in 0-24 can be arranged if the guest needs it. Online check-in and entering the facility via password is also possible.
Residential tax is included in price.If the guest wants to cancel his reservation, the property owner can keep: - 40% of the total price of the reservation if canceled 48 hours after payment of the deposit, up to 60 days before the check-in date. – 50% of the total price of the reservation if canceled from 60 to 30 days before the date of registration. – 100% of the total price of the reservation if it is canceled from 30 to 0 days before the check-in date. The guest can cancel free of charge within 48 hours after paying the deposit (the owner returns the entire amount of the deposit).
