The villa extends over two floors with a total area of 180 square meters. The ground floor of this beauty consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a comfortable living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare and serve food, and the dining room is equipped for 8 people. During the day, the living room will be a place to relax with the TV, and during the night you can rest on the couch that can be used as an extra bed. From the living room, stairs lead you to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms and one shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have access to a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the garden or the surrounding area. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the remaining two have two single beds. The house is surrounded by a meticulously arranged Mediterranean garden. On the south side there is a heated swimming pool with deckchairs for enjoying the sun. For moments of complete relaxation, you will find a jacuzzi in the back of the house and a grill next to the balcony.
