Villa Marina is located in the peaceful village of Blaškovići, located right next to the picturesque town of Kršan. This newly built modern single-storey house is an ideal place to escape the city bustle and relax in natural surroundings. Inside the house we find three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace. The spacious living room with dining area and kitchen is surrounded by a glass wall, providing plenty of daylight. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils and is an ideal place to prepare delicious meals. The living room leads to a partially covered and uncovered pool terrace, and from the kitchen there is access to a second terrace, so that it is possible to use the space in the sun or in the shade, depending on the time of day and year. The terraces have comfortable furniture and deck chairs, as well as a barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air and preparing meals. Villa Marina has an excellent location, close to the towns of Pazin and Labin and the coast of Rabac.

The villa is very beautiful and well-equipped. The rooms are large, and there's plenty of space. We felt very comfortable. There's still a lot of construction going on in the area. Once everything's finished, the view will be even more beautiful. The owner is super reactive.

We stayed in the house for 5 days and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well equipped with a huge fridge, everything is new and clean, especially the pool. The house is easy to get to and there are currently no neighbors in the area so we had peace and privacy. In any case, all recommendations!
