The house is very charming and relaxing, furnished with all modern amenities. Furthermore, there is a lovely terrace and garden with BBQ completely surrounded with hedgerow. The house is surrounded by nature, fields and Mediterranean plants. The neighborhood is quiet and specially convenient for families with children. The nearest restaurant with traditional Istrian food is located only 100m from the house.

Rocky beach After settling into holiday home Meli, it is time to start exploring Istria, the largest Croatian peninsula. The coastal towns have preserved their Roman or Venetian character. The rugged cliffs with crystal clear sea and small coves are perfect for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Follow the designated “wine route” or go cycling on one of the many cycle tracks. The countryside is also worth a visit. Take an excursion to Motovun with its massive fortifications or to the beautiful natural surroundings of Groznjan Experience Opralj and its fantastic view of Hum, the smallest town in the world. Tourist excursions are available from Rabac to Venice, Plitvice Lakes and Cres. At the end, you can always rent a boat and find your own secret beach.
