Villa Palera is located in Liznjan, 2km from the tourist town of Medulin, 12 km from the town of Pula. Ližnjanska long coastline is dotted with a number of rock, stone, gravel and sand beaches. Nearby is the attractive island Levan which is 5 minutes by boat to which one of the most beautiful sandy beaches.

Payment
Salary advance to a bank account 30% of the total amount, while the remaining 70% to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival at the bank account or on arrival in cash.
Weekly rental rate is all inclusive and includes: initial cleaning, laundry (linen, towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration, access to the Internet.
There should be a security deposit of 300 euros on arrival which is returned upon departure if no damage to property.
