When booking the facility, 70% of the total rental price is paid by paying to our bank account and the rest is payable upon arrival and cash withdrawal. The villa takes over on Saturdays between 14 and 19 hours and leaves the following Saturday until 10:00. A € 300 deposit is required when downloading keys. Guests leave a neat and clean villa and kitchen utensils, and if the final cleaning is not charged 100 €. Residence tax is included in the price.
