The rustic Villa Gagliana is located on the island of Žižanj, southwest of the island of Pašman. It does not have a direct connection with the mainland, but the hosts are certainly available for transportation and delivery of groceries. The villa offers complete peace and relaxation by the sea coast itself and a 40 m2 swimming pool filled with fresh water. The interior of the villa is air-conditioned and equipped with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other a children's room with two bunk beds and one single bed, fully equipped kitchen with living room and toilet. Within the villa there is another guest room with a fan and a private entrance and a double bathroom (2X sinks, 2X toilets, 2X bathroom showers). In the fully fenced yard, there is a covered chimney with a grill and a simple place to sit. Relax and enjoy the jacuzzi and outdoor sauna. As for sports, the villa has a kayak and a paddle board, which allows guests to enjoy and tour the island and the coast.

Payment and terms

For the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 1000 Eur. Guests' departure time is until 9 am. Arrival time after 2 pm or by arrangement.
Residential tax is not included in price.

Cancellation policy

The advance payment for accommodation reservation cannot be refunded. By paying an advance payment to the account, the guest receives a confirmation of the accommodation reservation. In the event that arrival is prevented, the advance payment is valid and can always be used and another arrival date can be determined depending on the availability of the facility during the season or for the next season.

All guests who come by private car are provided with free covered parking in Biograd na Moru owned by the host. From Biograd, they were provided transportation to the island of Žižanj and back to Biograd. For guests arriving by air, by arrangement, the hosts are available and can provide transportation from the airport and back. If guests have a navigation license, we also offer boat rentals for an additional charge. We offer 3 boats, of which Galeon 720, Fisher deck 20 and Shark BF. By agreement and according to the interest of the guests, we also offer the possibility of organizing excursions to visit the Kornati National Park and the Vrana Lake Nature Park.
