House in the center of Peroj, built in 1900, of stone in traditional Istrian style. During the renovation retained the spirit of old times, without a lot of modern interventions. The house extends over four floors. A little garden provides an intimate atmosphere, privacy, tranquility and shade under the pergola. On the ground floor is a tavern with a fireplace and a kitchen. On the first floor is the living room and bathroom. On the second floor is a bedroom with two beds, bathroom, dressing room and terrace. On the top floor is a bedroom with a double bed. If necessary, one can add 1-2 extra beds. From the bedroom to the roof terrace with a view of the sea by Brijuni, over Barbariga to Rovinj, and Vodnjan. Terrace offers pleasant moments of freshness and relaxation in the hot summer evenings and look at the cultural and entertainment program at the People's Square - the main square. Thick stone walls preclude the need for air conditioning. Parking is not provided (center), but the country still has a place.
