The air-conditioned 100 m² house is decorated in a pleasant Italian rustic style and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed and two bathrooms. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, free WiFi and a washing machine. The private and fenced garden is located just 40 meters from the sea. The central part is made up of a large heated/cooled 12-meter swimming pool. Next to the pool there is a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities and a large table for socializing. The entire area is surrounded by a well-maintained green garden that provides complete privacy, and free private parking is provided within the yard.
