Villa Sv. Marko is located in the center of Selce and is one of the oldest houses that has the status of protection of the Ministry of Culture. It was built around 1850 and has since been owned by our family. 2006 has been completely renovated to protect it, but also to increase the comfort of your stay. The villa is only a hundred meters away from the coast, the first beach is 200 meters from the front door. Villa Sveti Marko is decorated with much love in rustic style, and each of the floors actually tells one beautiful story through its details and interior. It consists of four floors, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen, open fireplace fireplace - which looks the same as 150 years ago, 3 terraces / balconies - and one can enjoy the view of the sea and the old town. Air conditioners exist in the upper 3 floors, and in winter you can enjoy floor heating on the ground floor.
