The house has recently been completely restored and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, summer kitchen with barbecue and two large terraces (50 m2) with sea views. Summer kitchen and a large terrace in front of it are the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the warm summer evenings. Two private parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house.
