It is located 40m from the natural stone beach located south of the house and 80m from the most beautiful natural sandy beach (pictured) in the eastern part of Brac. The house has a large garden of 800m2 where you can relax on deck chairs and enjoy barbecue. The garden is sheltered by greenery and provides complete intimacy and the right place for a family vacation. It is rented as a whole house, you are alone in the house, there are no other guests.

Tourist tax is included in the price. The reservation is considered confirmed on the day of advance payment of 30% of the total rental value. Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 300 euros, which is returned to guests on the day of departure, if the rented property is left in the same condition in which it was found.
