Newly renovated holiday house in the center of Sutivan, a few minutes from the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Garden house Sutivan is located on a plot of 800m2 with a spacious Mediterranean garden and can accommodate 8+1 guests in 4 bedrooms. The ground floor is dominated by a large open living/dining room with a fireplace for cooler nights and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. From the living room there is access to the outdoor dining terrace with a view of the sea and deckchairs. On the same floor there is a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom with a shower. The stairs lead to the upper floor with three bedrooms (two with double beds and a balcony, one with two single beds) and two bathrooms. In the basement there is a foosball table and a console player with an additional bathroom with a washing machine. Parking for two vehicles right next to the entrance to the house, outside there is a traditional barbecue with an additional table and chairs. In the garden there are olive trees and a large fig tree, access to the beach through the garden.
