It consists of two bedrooms; a double bed and a single bed and in the second room a double bed and a double bed with separate mattresses and a sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator that has a small hair dryer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, oven... and a dining table. Large Finnish sauna. Electric darts. Large covered terrace with a table and garden furniture from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, birds chirping and a large barbecue. Parking for two cars and wi-fi is included in the rental price. In the summer months, you can also use a jacuzzi and additional sunbathing furniture. In the area you can hike, walk, cycle, fish, visit the place with the fastest car in the world, the Adrenaline Park and enjoy local gastronomy.

The rental period can be booked no later than 5 days before arrival, and for earlier reservations, cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. When booking a period, you pay a 30% deposit, and 14 days before arrival, the remaining amount to our account and a deposit of 500 euros in cash upon arrival. If you book a period 5 days before arrival, you pay the full rental amount and the deposit. As a rule, entry to the house is from 2:00 PM, and exit by 10:00 AM, but an extension is possible depending on availability. Tourist tax is included in the rental price.
Residential tax is included in price.The deposit is refunded if the rental period is canceled up to 14 days before arrival. If you booked the house up to 5 -14 days before the arrival date and did not show up or canceled your arrival, we will only refund the deposit.
