We are located in the small town of Kaštelir, 10 km from Poreč. The house consists of two separate apartments, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor, the house is rented as a whole. Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each apartment has 3 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in each room. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a children's playground with swings, a trampoline and a table tennis table. The yard is completely fenced so you can bring a dog, we charge a fee of 12 euros per day for a dog. Outside we also have an 8*4m swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a summer kitchen with a barbecue. In front of the apartment we have 6 parking spaces, 2 of which are covered. Due to other obligations with us in July and August it is only possible to book from Sunday to Sunday, and in other months the minimum is 5 days and the arrival time can be any day of the week. The house is ideal for 8 people, but can also accommodate 10 people. For an additional person, we have a fee of €25 per person.

Unfortunately, due to other obligations in July and August, the changeover of guests is on Sundays, and in other months the minimum stay is 5 days any day of the week. To confirm the reservation, you should pay a 30% deposit to the account that I will send you when you decide, the rest on the first day of arrival. We also have a damage deposit payment of 400 Euros that you give when you arrive and which is fully refunded on the last day after the inspection of the apartment if there is no damage. We accept dogs but we have a fee of 12 Euros per day. Arrival in the apartment is after 4pm, and departure from the apartment is by 10am.
