Depending on booking date, you will be asked to pay a down payment and we will send you a Holiday home rental agreement for your reserved dates. Down payment is 15% for early bookings and 50% on late bookings. Last minute bookings are considered bookings within two weeks from arrival and will have to be paid in full. Check in and check out day is Saturday. You can arrive between 15-16 pm and will have to check out by 11am. Please not that the cleaning fee is not included in the basic price. The cleaning fee per stay regardless of dates and length of stay (or number of guests) is EUR 150/stay. This includes cleaning after your stay, as well as towels and bed linen.
Residential tax is included in price.Your down payment will not be refundable. Complete payment for your dates has to be received 2 weeks before arrival. You can cancel before that without additional cancellation fee, but we will keep your down payment. You can't cancel within 2 weeks before your booking. If you are a very early booker, we can switch your down payment to different dates if the house is available.
