We, 3 adults, stayed at apartment Iris 6 days in the beginning of april 2012. We enjoyed Dubrovnik as well as this apartment very much. The apartment is well equipped, modern, spacious and clean. From the balcony there is a fantastic view over the Bay of Lapad and the passenger port where large cruisers are visiting. The neighbourhood is a very quiet and clean residential area. Near, only 250 metres walk, there is a grocery store which provides everything you need. On the street, in the front of the house, is a parking lot which is quite needful if you have a car in Dubrovnik. Just 10 minutes walk and you'll find bus stops, restaurants, cafes, shops, bakeries, beaches, nature etc. We recommend apt. Iris for all who want to stay during their holiday in Dubrovnik at a high standard and pleasant apartment. Finally, we want to thank our loveliest landlady Iris - she is exceedingly caring, helpful and friendly. Everything went as agreed and quickly. Thank you - we'll come back some day.

Apartment Iris is a charming, modern and lovely apartment! It was fully equipped, new and clean and had a lovely terrace with a fantastic view of the harbor. We enjoyed looking at the cruise ships coming in every morning while drinking coffee in the sun! The apartment is situated in a nice and quiet area not far from the sea and a few minutes walk from "home" we could go swimming! Lapad Center and Uvala bay was within 10 minutes of walking distance and the old city of Dubrovnik 45 minutes away - a very nice walking tour! Iris, the host, was very nice and helpful! She met us on our arrival with a welcome drink and also brought us home made fruitcake! We highly recommend the apartment - we also want to go back some day!

I recently stayed in Iris's upstairs apartment in Lapad. I was with my husband and two daughters (ages 4 & 2). We loved it! We were so thrilled to see how spacious, light & airy, tastefully decorated and clean it was. Everything seemed to be brand new. There was also a lovely terrace with a nice table and chairs and sun umbrella. The apartment was fully equipped (including such things as tea/coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, flour) as well as all the implements. Iris Vukovic, our host, was also very gracious and nice. She gave us good information about Dubrovnik and about Lapad. The apartment had free parking and was easy walking distance to Copa Cobana beach and the main area of Lapad as well as to the bus stop. The bus was only 15 minutes to the Old Gate of Dubrovnik and they seemed to run fairly frequently. We definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in the Dubrovnik area and will certainly stay again if we ever return to that part of the world.

The owner, Iris, is lovely, speaks English and is very helpful which is a great plus when you don't speak the local language. The apartment is new, very clean and comfortable. Some things I couldn't master like the video and hot water but it didn't spoil my stay. Reasonably well equipped but then I didn't plan to cook four course meals there. The balcony and view are great plus, close to shops and ideally located for a bus to the old city. Its not cheap but well worth the extra money. I will stay there again.

when I first saw the apartment I love it. the condition and the place is really nice. It is a little far from the old town but it is easy to reach there by a bus. It is near to some beach, there is also a supermarket very near to apartment which is really important for guests. It is so quiet. and land lady already thought every detail in the home, all kitchen equipment, many devices, all you need to bring your personal stuff and food for your self.

I would have no hesitancy whatsoever in recommending apartment Iris. Spacious, bright and shining clean. Fantastic view of the harbor. Iris met us on our arrival with a welcome drink which was a lovely touch.She had already arranged for taxi to pick us up at the airport. She was available to us all week and we found her friendliness & warmth exceptional.

Absolutely lovely apartment, new, clean and very well equipped. Beautiful view of the harbor, and with most things within walking distance. (About 10min to nearest beaches and 15min to the ferries, shop and few restaurants are near by). Bus to the old city of Dubrovnik was every 10 minutes. Host was lovely, helpful and fluently in English. Highly recommended!
