Our apartment (4) is in a completely renovated small villa built in the early 20th century in the heart of Opatija and yet very quiet and peaceful location. It is only 50 meters from the post office, bank, closed the main green market, supermarket and to all amenities (beaches, parks, restaurants and tennis courts, walking by the sea) can only occur in a few minutes pleasant walk. So forget the car and enjoy walking the Kvarner pearl that captures the beauty tourists from around the world more than 160 years and is proud of its history :)! The apartment is surrounded by greenery, has a pleasant little garden to garden, separate entrance and a small terrace with outdoor seating. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two single beds, dining room, kitchenette, a long hallway and a bathroom. It is modern and simply furnished with large windows and lots of light. Free parking is provided at the public parking lot one minute away from the house.

After a confirmed reservation on both sides, must be paid a deposit of 30% of the agreed price (on my bank account which we will submit details) and the rest is paid in cash at the entrance to the apartment. The time of entry to the apartment: after 14 :: 00 or by appointment time entrance onto the apartment: 10: 00 or before

If you want to discover the beauty of Opatija Riviera ride a bike, there are several possibilities. One of the tracks is a medium difficulty starting in Kastav (365m / n / m) and ends Brseč (160m / n / m) in length of 40 km and can go for 2 hours.
