Plat itself is a small city of the kind with 4 restaurants and charming beaches and a great location to explore - for lovers of peace and those who want to explore the small cost of effort and time. We recommend!

Hello all! We've been staying at the Males apartments at the end of August 2011, three adults with a child. It's a wonderful place, especially for whose who like calm and quite places, but I think that everyone could find it very agreeable. The apartments: Everything you could need during your vacation. Calm place with comfortable and stylish furniture, small but very cosy kitchen, clear and roomy bathroom, TV, air-condition and so on. The view from the balcony is really wonderful. We loved to sit there and watch the sunset. Very comfortable place for your breakfast coffee too, by the way ;) What about the hosts, the Maleš are really nice, they gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions, and never bothered us with anything, all friendly and full of tact. Also they did the transfer from the airport and back with their car, and help us with rent-of-car (we were all satisfied with it and would like to recommend). Location: The market with all the necessary (includes vegetables, fruits, fresh bread & milk, some meat food and Croatian wine & beer) is only one minute up to the road, the sea is about five-ten minutes down (by foots). The beach is very nice, cypress, pines and light pebbles. Lowering to the sea will be good for adults and children too. We could hardly find a similar beach which would be as nice across all the neighborhood. Actually you can find two beaches in the nearest location (available by foots, ten minutes). We liked the one down the hill - there is really nice beach bar with drinks all the day and barbecue parties with local singers accompaniment right on the shore twice a week (Tuesdays & Fridays, I believe). All other days there is a good restaurant which is available during all the evening, with good cart of dishes & drinks. If we would know it earlier, I think we could even not to go anywhere else - the view from the terrace is just amazing. Also you can use all the service of the hotel from the beach - rent of car, scooter, hydro scooter, exchange, phone, some souvenir stores, diving lessons, fitness and disco class. Bus stop is right near the house both sides to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Both of the cities are very interesting. Also you can reach them by sea on boat (for about 50 kunas to Dubrovnik), and make some excursions to the islands. And I would advice you to try the ice-cream in the towns :) It worth it. :) Shortly - visit them, you won't be disappointed.
