Apartments Franka consist of two units, Apartment 4 2 beds located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace and Apartment 2 1 bed located on the second floor and consists of of one room, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The property has free Wi-Fi, parking. The distance from the beach is 100 m. Along the coast of the Lozica bay there are several places for swimming and enjoying sea fun and walking in the evening. Depending on the part of the bay the beaches are pebble, sandy, concrete or rocky. Beach parts also have a pleasant natural shade, cafe bar, aqua park. A 15-minute walk takes you to the center of Rogoznica and to the Marina Frapa, near the lake Zmajevo oko.

Payment and terms

Reservation of the apartment is accepted when the guest pays 30% of the total price of the stay. Guest the rest of the wages when you arrive. Arrival time is from 2 pm and departure is scheduled until 10:00. If guests arrive earlier (during the morning on arrival) they will be accommodated in auxiliary studio apartment. The use of air conditioning (on guest's request) is charged 5 euros per day. Pets are also charged 5 euros per day.
Residential tax is included in price.
