Seven days prior to arrival, a reservation must be confirmed. If the reservation is not confirmed the house can be rented to other guests. Advance payments of 10% are payable to the host account when reservations are made and the remaining amount is payable upon arrival in cash. Ideal arrival time is from 14.00 to 20.00 and departure until 10.00.
