The rental price includes all additional costs (e.g. tourist tax), except for the cleaning fee of EUR 80. Arrival at the apartment is after 3:00 PM, and departure by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. In the event that we are unable to meet you personally upon arrival, you will enter the apartment independently using the keys and remote control, which are located in the key safe in front of the building entrance. In this case, you will receive detailed instructions prior to your arrival.
