Private accommodation in five apartments by the sea, near Pula in southern Istria. Apartments Jakara (***) are located in Vinkuran, a small village 2 km south of Pula, which belongs to the Medulin Riviera. The place exudes tranquility in the midst of the peak of the tourist summer. The old stone house with apartments was completely renovated in 2003. The first house has three apartments (2, 4, 4 people), each on one floor. In the garden there is a larger ground floor house for 4 people. Each apartment has a 9m2 terrace. The fifth apartment is a separate Small house in the same yard for 4 people. We have provided one parking space for each apartment in front of the house. There are 6 spaces in total. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, electric classic oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishes. The bathroom has a shower toilet, and a washing machine. The air-conditioned living room has an LED SAT TV. For children up to 4 years old we have an additional cot with a fence.

Prices are valid for each apartment per day of use. The price includes all usage costs such as electricity, water and gas, as well as clean towels and bed linen. The advance payment that confirms the reservation is 30% of the total amount. Arrival is possible any day of the week in the off-season with a minimum of 5 days, and in the season on Saturdays and Sundays with a minimum of 7 days, Saturdays for Ap 1 2 3, Sundays for Ap 4 5. Shorter stays are possible at a higher price. The price includes everything, air conditioning, free parking, WiFi internet, tourist taxes, washing machine, bed linen, bath towels, final cleaning. There are no additional costs. The advance payment for the reservation (30%) is paid exclusively by bank transfer to the owner's account opened with OTP Banka Hrvatska. You will receive payment details by email. The remaining amount (70%) is paid in cash, upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in is after 3 pm. Rocky beach In Vinkuran Bay, a 5-minute walk away, there is a paved beach with steps leading to it. There is a sandy and rocky beach in Banjole, about 1200 m away. The beautiful pebble and rocky beach of Soline with a pine forest right to the sea is 2 km away according to local guides. There is a summer beach bar. Cave Romane, an old quarry converted into a venue for open-air concerts, is at the entrance to Vinkuran.
