The apartments are richly and modernly equipped and are located 100 m from the sea and 200 m from the beach. There is a pizzeria and restaurant, a tennis court and a seaport nearby. Banjole is a peaceful and quiet place without too much stress, beautiful nature and clear sea. Banjole has 600 inhabitants. Only 10 km from Banjole is the city of Pula, and 5 km from Banjole is Cape Kamenjak, a protected landscape with the most beautiful beaches in Istria.

Payment for the reservation is made with an advance payment of 30% of the total rental amount of the apartment. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment (in euros). Arrival time after 3 pm, departure time by 10 am. A deposit is required for all apartments upon arrival at the apartment. Apartment A3 1 and apartment A7 1 have a shared concrete grill (apartment A7 1 also has an electric grill). The air conditioning in apartments A3+1 and A7+1 is located in the living room/kitchen, and in apartment A5+2 in the hallway. The owner of the house is not in the building. Parking is directly next to the apartments.

We lacked nothing! We even borrowed a hair dryer free of charge. You can shop and eat in the immediate vicinity. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes and is laid out with fine gravel on the left-hand side. The right side is natural with beautiful walking paths. In the area there are countless natural beach sections for every heart's content. We will be back definitely.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Before entering the house there is a terrace which is not in the picture so in the evening you could sit by the barbecue. There was only a bigger closet with poles. The owner pleasant sympathetic surroundings pleasant quiet against the pizzeria. I would love to go back there
Holidays in 5 people in an apartment with a large living space neat and clean, we were pleased to find a lap-top available with internet and open the washing machine that did not appear in the description of the apartment. The grill is electric but we could use the one on the ground floor. The owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of information. The only drawback to report the lack of hot running water in the kitchen, or warmed in a pot or took from the bathroom. Even with this neo recommend the apartment for an excellent quality / price ratio.
