Apartment Josip - Baška Voda - Split region

This place is absolutely beautiful and luxurious, as promised. My husband and I with some friends stayed here in July for one week and the location was perfect for us. We didn't want to stay in a cramped beach apartment and deal with all the crowds so we opted for something a little inland to enjoy the surrounding nature which is absolutely magical!!! Having a full kitchen, BBQ and extra space was just perfect because we were able to pick up some fresh fish while we were at the beach and come home and make it for a fraction of the cost (and better flavor) than any of the tourist restaurants. The hostess was also totally welcoming and made sure we felt at home -- we were welcomed with homemade bread, some local cheese and prosciutto! authentic .... The surrounding views of vineyards and nature are breathtaking from the balcony and you are right next to Biokovo, a beautiful mountain that you can hike and see all the way to Italy!!! The luxurious decor, natural environment and welcoming hosts made this place well worth the stay. We will be back next year in August when the wild berries arrive for picking!
