Dear guests, our apartments offer you the possibility of peace and a pleasant family vacation, but also easy and quick access to all necessary places. The location of the apartment is great! They are located in a quiet street where there is no traffic near the marina. The sea is right behind the house 30 meters away. The nearest sandy beach is 200 meters away, as is the shop. The facility is located a 5-minute walk from the center, where there are restaurants, shops, cafes, a post office and the museum of Betin's wooden shipbuilding. The center of Murter is a 10-minute walk away. Apartment Sunčana (4+2) is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms (a double room and a room with a bunk bed), a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a terrace with a barbecue. Parking is free. Pets are welcome and we charge them €5 per day as well as an additional person. Apartment Luca is located on the first floor and has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dining room and a small balcony. If you are looking for peace, rest and natural beauty, you are in the right place. We are looking forward to your arrival! :)

Payment and terms

The ideal time of arrival is from 12 o'clock in the morning, and the time of departure is from 9 o'clock in the morning. After the guest confirms the reservation, the owner draws up a reservation contract with all the necessary information: contact, advance payment amount and payment method. The advance payment is paid to the owner's account. The rest of the payment on the day of arrival. If the guest does not pay the advance payment on time (most often one to two months), the reservation is cancelled.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions are flexible. The full amount of the advance payment is returned if canceled up to 3 months before the agreed date. The advance payment can also be counted for the next reservation/season. 50% of the advance payment is returned if canceled one month before.

Private tourist trips to the Kornati Islands - In addition to the apartments in Betina, we have a house in the Kornati Islands that we also rent out, and the owner organizes private tourist trips for interested guests. The Kornati islands are the island paradise of the Mediterranean, special because of their exceptional natural beauty, the wide indentation of the coast, the preserved nature and the rich marine ecosystem. 3.
