Luxury apartments near the center, located 7 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Brand new and fully equipped, each apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace where you can relax in the warm summer nights. They are surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, oranges and lemons. Natural shade provides loznica kiwi below which is a swing where you can enjoy eg. A refreshing drink. Fresh fish can bake on the grill in the garden and use a table in the garden gazebo. The house is situated so that you are getting close and yet there is an oasis of peace that allows you to rest and relaxation. 70 m away is a supermarket and a marina, and 200 m shopping center. Each apartment has parking, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, internet, safe, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron, ironing iron, hair dryer and so on. Each guest staying in our apartments 7 days and longer gets free dinner at our restaurant Roko and all other days 10% discount as well as all of our guests.

Entering at the apartment is possible from 14h-24h and departure is required before 10 am. After a confirmed letter is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount that the apartment should be considered reserved. If the customer cancels 7 days prior to arrival received advance payment will not be returned if the arrival is canceled for a period longer than 7 days deposit will be refunded.
