Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation in our modern apartment Matea, located in quiet and charming Bjelovar! This spacious apartment of 70 square meters can accommodate up to 4 guests and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood (street) 2 km from the city center, without traffic and car noise. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony and covered terrace. Within the building there is a parking lot for 2 cars and the possibility of using a garage, a covered terrace with a grill for 10 people, a playground for children and a fenced yard full of greenery of 700m2.

Payment and terms
You can book a stay in apartment Matea via mobile phone (SMS, Whatsapp, Viber) or by email. You can pay 10% of the reservation of the apartment through the bank or, by agreement, the entire amount upon arrival at the apartment in cash. Departure time from the apartment until 12:00 or by agreement and arrival at the apartment from 2:00 p.m. or by agreement. Flexible arrival and departure time to or from the apartment. If you come to Bjelovar by public transport by bus or train, we are ready to pick you up and return you on the day of departure without charge or additional costs.
Residential tax is included in price.

Free cancellation of accommodation reservation. Advance payment for accommodation in the apartment is 10% or by agreement without advance payment, which means the total amount upon arrival in the apartment.

Luxurious and clean accommodation

It's not far from the city centre. A very neat and clean accommodation. I was very pleased. Mr. Marinko and his wife are a very caring and kind couple. I thank them very much for everything. I would recommend it to everyone.

All recommendations for the apartment. Spacious and warm, comfortable and modernly furnished, the entire floor available. The hosts are approachable and friendly and always at hand at all times. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, including recipes. Enough space for pets (we had two). We enjoyed relaxing the entire time of our stay because the street is quiet and without traffic. Thanks to the hosts.
