Within a 100-meter radius, there are 3 a-la-carte restaurants with Dalmatian cuisine and two pizzerias. The restaurant on the ground floor is closed due to noise, so the nearest a-la-carte is 50 meters away.

Final cleaning is charged at 50 euros. We charge 30% of the total price of the stay for accommodation reservations. Payment to our bank account. The rest (70%) is paid in cash within 24 hours of arrival at the apartment. Residential tax is included in price.The return of the reservation, minus the cost of sending money to your account (bank service), is possible 45 days before the date of arrival without stating the reason why the apartment is cancelled. After that date, the advance payment is non-refundable. If you do not show up on the agreed arrival day, we may offer the apartment to other guests.
