The apartment we are staying 7/25 - 08/01/2015. Nice, clean, well-kept apartment with all functional appliances, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and garden is not a busy street! The big advantage is that they have only one home apartment / even if it is on the first floor /, so as not to disturb other people side of the apartment. We were also very satisfied with access pets. We recommend.
