The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. The hosts are very friendly, we were greeted with mineral water in the fridge upon arrival. Very nice view of the sea and the beach is only 100 meters away. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice and peaceful vacation.

We got a very nice, clean, very well-equipped apartment. With a beautiful sea view. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Upon arrival, a bottle of mineral water and a bottle of local wine were waiting for us in the fridge. Everything is available nearby, small shops, restaurants, the beach a few steps away. Lidl, Kaufland, etc. are a few minutes away by car.

I come often and always stay in the same apartment. It is very nice, and with kind hosts it is even nicer. The apartment is clean and tidy, everything is just as it should be. I feel like at home and I will come again.

Very bad experience, they ruined our long-awaited vacation! First of all, the apartment is in very poor condition. It's true that we knew that the furniture was old, but old and maintained is not the same as old and destroyed, dirty, greasy and generally neglected. Far too high a price for such a place. The lady already knew why she wanted to charge us when we were still carrying our travel bags out of the car. The kitchen is large but useless, only 2 electric hotplates for cooking, which you have to turn on an hour before cooking. Broken stove in the kitchen, broken dishwasher, broken refrigerator. Instead of removing them, they put others right in front of them. Boiling water comes out of the tap first, only then is it safe to wash your hands. The lights are only good for daytime when it's light outside. As soon as it gets dark and you need the lights as the main source of light, they don't work because you were also heating water or cooking dinner. Of course, you can't do anything in the bathroom at that time either, because the electrical wiring is very bad. So, cook for 4 children during the day when you can still see something, take a shower during the day and turn on the light on your phone in the evening when you play cards. As for the bathrooms... there is a bathtub in one. If you fill it with water, there will be a problem. When you drain the water from the bathtub, it flows through the floor siphon back into the bathroom and you have a flood. In the other bathroom, there is a shower, but it is placed behind the toilet, so you have to step past it. But it is raised about 40cm high. There were 6 of us... the apartment is probably for 10. The closets are useless, because the owners didn't have any clothes, so we had our things on the floor and wherever there was some space. The apartment has 2 exits to the balcony, but neither can be completely closed. That's why we put a chair in front of each door. When there was a storm one night, there weren't enough chairs.

We would like to emphasize a few facts regarding the statements in your review: – The apartment is older, which is clearly visible in the photos, but it is regularly maintained and cleaned. We do not agree with the statement that it is "neglected and dirty", because cleaning is done regularly, and most of our guests confirm this in their reviews. The price of accommodation is formed realistically, in accordance with the location (proximity to the sea and the city), and the position of the apartment on the floor and overlooking the sea, the number of rooms (three bedrooms), and the peak tourist season. You were informed about the prices in advance and you accepted them. – You paid for the accommodation in advance according to your own choice in agreement with the host, without any coercion. – The kitchen is fully functional, although some elements are older. A dishwasher was not listed as part of the equipment, so there was no reason to expect it. If the hot water from the boiler was too hot, the thermostat could have been easily adjusted - we would have been happy to help you if you had informed us about it. - The cooking stove was purchased new just before the season. - The electrical installations in the apartment are safe and working. Occasional voltage drops are a rare but well-known phenomenon throughout the resort during the season, due to the load on the network, and are not under our control. (The outside air temperature reached 39C during your stay) - The bathrooms, when used properly (not filled to the top), do not cause water to return from the siphon. - The closets in the apartment are functional. You had three completely empty closets at your disposal. If you needed an extra one, we would have been happy to free it up - it just needed to be said. We are sorry that you did not communicate any of your comments during your stay. We are always available to guests (the host lives on the ground floor of the building) to help or resolve any difficulties to our mutual satisfaction, so that a common solution is found, and both you and we are dissatisfied. A pleasant stay, very friendly and unobtrusive hosts. They have a vegetable-growing, wine and brandy, so if you are happy to sell or donate.
