The apartments are located in a quiet part of Brodarica, 150m away (2 min. walk along a flat street without slopes) from the main pebble beach, next to which there are many smaller pebble beaches for more privacy. The house is surrounded by greenery and flowers, and has free parking in the shade for guests. The apartments are air-conditioned, each room has its own bathroom, a large terrace/balcony overlooking the sea and islands, equipped kitchens, dishwashers, microwave oven, barbecue, water heater, wi-fi, free parking. The doors and windows are protected by mosquito nets. 100m from the apartment is the nearest shop, bakery, fast food, cafes. Large shopping centers for food, clothing, footwear, etc. are located 2 km from the apartment. On the beach there is a playground for children in the shade, beach volleyball, basketball, outdoor exercise equipment, toilets, showers, jet ski, boat rental. Reservations are made by paying a 30% deposit to the IBAN account number: HR3323900013102679592, HRVATSKE POŠTANSKE BANKA d. d in the name of: Duško Bulat, Ražinska ulica 38, Brodarica, Croatia. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment (we do not accept bank cards). The price includes everything (air conditioning, parking, tourist tax, wi-fi, final cleaning...), there are no additional costs. We do not accept pets. Arrival time is after 2 pm, departure time is until 10 am.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is returned if the cancellation is at least 40 days before arrival. If the cancellation is less than 40 days before arrival, the advance payment is not returned.
