We had a wonderful stay at Smart Apartments! The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We've stayed there five times this year and have already booked our stay for next year! The location is great—close to the beach, shops, and everything you need. It's also a great base for exploring the area. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The location of the apartment is excellent, it is at the very end of the street, so it guarantees a quiet vacation, and yet it is a few minutes walk to the beach and the sea. The terrace on one side overlooks the sea, and on the other side the beautiful landscape and greenery. The apartment is extremely neat and clean, fully and modernly equipped, and there is covered parking for the car. The hosts are kind and helpful for any inquiries, and they surprised us with gifts. It is ideal for families with children who really want to relax, so I recommend it.

The apartment is clean and very well-equipped, with a balcony with two entrances, one from the bedroom and the other from the kitchenette. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, and covered parking. In short, everything was as described, and the apartment itself looks even better in person than in the photos. The nearest beaches are a 3-4-minute walk away. The hosts, Anita and Ivica (Ivo), were incredibly hospitable and always available. Gifts were waiting for us in the fridge, we were treated to yellow pumpkin pancakes, and we were given vegetables from their family garden, and when we left, they brought them to us. We received gifts that Anita and Ivo made themselves. We spent 11 days of wonderful vacation with our 12-year-old grandson. Short, but great and peaceful vacation! The apartment where my wife Helga and baby Roko stayed was great. Everything is new, clean without any complaints. The apartment is located on foot about 3-5 minutes from the sea, so the location of the apartment was ideal. Restaurants, bakeries and shops are nearby. On the recommendation of the host, we went to the island of Krapanj with the baby, where the boat trip lasted only about 5 minutes. We took a little swim on the island and walked along the edge of the island, since it has a landscaped promenade and a beautiful view of Brodarica and the nearby islands. The Ivanić family was an excellent and extremely kind host, so I recommend staying in their apartment because you will not regret it. The Ivanić family sends greetings from Osijek!

Excellent accommodation in the new well-equipped apartment, the owners welcoming and unobtrusive. Location very quiet and peaceful. The first decent beaches are close by just 5 minutes walk at low traffic street. At 5-10 minutes by car has a beautiful sandy beach in Zaboric. Center of Sibenik is 10 minutes by car.
