Therefore, the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the old center of the town with the main square of shops and restaurants, only a few minutes walk (70m) from the center and five minutes on foot (200m) from the first pebble beach and the promenade along the sea called Lungomare which is long 3, 5 km and stretches along the beaches, gravel, rock and concrete. Apartment Mariza 1 has two double or twin beds and a third bed and a sea view, a living room with two sleeping couches that can be used for sleeping. The living room is separated from the kitchen and can be closed by the door, kitchen with all appliances and two bathrooms, large terrace with yard where grill can be made. On the ground floor of the house is a room where you can store bicycles and strollers, which has an exit to the street leading to the beach, the center and the promenade.
