To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 200 EUR. The advance payment is included in the total price of the stay and does not represent an additional cost, but serves as a confirmation of the reservation. The remaining amount is paid according to the agreement before or upon arrival. Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out until 10:00 a.m. so that the apartment can be prepared for the arrival of the next guests.
Residential tax is included in price.The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge no later than 30 days before arrival, in which case the advance payment will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation within 30 days before arrival or no-show, the advance payment will not be refunded.
