Villa Adria is located in a small Dalmatian town of Drage, between Sibenik and Zadar! We are located near the beautiful natural and pebble beaches, where in the shade of pine trees, the sea, essential narcotic plants can experience one of the most beautiful sunset! With indescribable beauty of nature, Drage have offering excellent restaurants and very tasty dishes! Villa Adria is composed of 5 well-equipped rooms and a dining room. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, satellite, CD stereo, refrigerators and of course private bathrooms with showers. In a large and spacious dining room with kitchen, there is a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, refrigerator, toaster, cutlery and cooking, and of course a beautiful view of the sea and islands! The house has a fenced garden with pool (the pool will be in operation by the end of May, 2017! Then we add new pictures), a fountain and a terrace with parasols. Villa Adria has 6 parking spaces! Between the parking lot and the house is a table tennis table for our guests!

Payment is made exclusively in cash, the first day of arrival. The advance we take 25% of the total price. Upon payment of the advance, each guest will be via e-mail to get a booking confirmation for the requested dates and confirmation of the paid deposit. Arrival is possible from 14h to 22h and departure exclusively of 07 and no later than 10 am. Upon arrival host charges a deposit of € 200 (only in the case of arrivals group). Each guest is required to submit identification documents for the purposes of online applications, which will they will then be returned? Should there be any damage caused by the customer, each is required to display and make restitution (of course if the damage is less, we accept compensation as locals). In addition to accommodation we offer also service laundry (€ 5 per wash), the ability to prepare local dishes at promotional prices, a large offer of various local liqueur and jam, of course, from our own bio production, as well as olive oil, white and red wine, brandy and the like. . And of course organizing birthday and purchasing birthday cake, if desired. We also offer assistance in renting bikes to ride along Vrana lake located 500 meters from our house. With the diving school we offer help with the organization of a riding school! For all other events in the nearby village and the surrounding area, guests will be informed in due time!
