Firule beach in Split

Firule beach in Split is the second most famous city beach after the popular Bačvice. Just like on Bačvice, generations of Split residents and their guests spend hours here, play picigin and enjoy the sandy beach and clean Adriatic sea. The beach is located in a small bay of the same name, surrounded by tamarisk, pine and agave plantations. You can easily arrive here on foot, by bus, or personal vehicle if you are renting an apartment, room or holiday house in Split. There is enough parking space along the beach, although it can be quite crowded here in summer months. The shallow beach with warm sea is ideal for relaxing with family. There is no natural shade so bring protection and enjoy the bay of Firule and its sandy beach.
