In a quiet part of the city under Marjan, near the most beautiful beaches of Split, on the second floor of a residential building is the Priska apartment. In the neat, fully equipped Priska apartment, four people can find everything they need for a nice and pleasant summer vacation, but also for a stay in the city to visit nearby international fairs, visit health institutions in the immediate vicinity (Cito Polyclinics, Svjetlost, Korak, Križine Hospital) or the University and Virtus College. The Radisson Blu Hotel is a three-minute walk away. For those coming for several days, here are some of the advantages of the Priska apartment: a large refrigerator and an especially large freezer, toaster, kettle, a large number of cooking and eating utensils, mixer, iron, security door... On the loggia there is a table with chairs. In the bathroom there are towels, soaps, shampoos, a washing machine... The local bus stop is less than 50 meters from the Priska apartment. Nearby shops (about thirty meters away), Kaufland and Lidl are open seven days a week from 8 am to 10 pm.

I stayed in the Priska apartment in January 2025, compliments to the owner for cleanliness and friendliness. The apartment is fully equipped, beautiful and functional, has everything you could need. It is oriented to the south, so it is very comfortable, bright and warm and without much heating. But there is air conditioning, so I have no doubt that it is very comfortable in the summer. A perfect ten!

I spent a week in Split in apartment Priscilla and I was very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment is only fifty meters from the clinic Cito, and within 100 meters there are shops, bank, pharmacy, post office, hospital, and the sea is not even a ten minute walk. The apartment has two televisions, a big plus is the balcony where the morning can have breakfast in peace. Internet is very fast. Accommodation recommend to everyone. Mirjana was a wonderful host. We became fetched at the airport and when we come to apartment there was the hot food on the stove. She was friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. She offered to drive us and show us some famous places. She was so much kind and amazing. We do not find fault with this place and the hosts. Absolutely recommended. The descriptions are correct. The sea is 10 min walking, grocery store is right across the street, bus station to the city center is nearby. Very quiet surrounding.

Mirjana and mladen were the best hosts one could ever ask for! Next to the apartment which fitted our needs exactly: very clean, large bed, any supplies you could think of (from trash bags to several local herbs for cooking), good location right across Lidl and very close to a well-maintained hotel beach, it was our hosts themselves who made this experience so great and worthwhile. When we landed in split, Mirjana picked us up from the airport and explained the surroundings before taking us to the apartment giving advice on what to do in the area and how to explore Dalmatia the best. In the midst of our stay they took us to see the Klis fortress and several other beautiful landmarks in the area, all in such a pleasant manner that you felt home and welcome right away. When we left after seven days which was way too short to be hosted by the couple and exploring Croatia, they dropped us off at the airport and even made a detour when I forgot my drivers license at the apartment. All in all I was more than satisfied with Mirjanas apartment and hosting qualities, would recommend it 100% and can\'t wait to come back. Nice apartment, very very nice people and beautiful country!

The three of us had an incredible experience with Mirjana and the flat. She was very helpful with picking us up at the trian station and dropping us off at the port at the end of our stay. Mirjana and Mladen also took time to show us around the Klis fortress and other historical sights. The flat is in a great location and walkable to the sea and city center.

Do yourself a favor and stay here at Mirjana's place! She went over the top to make sure our stay was excellent. She and her boyfriend picked up our bags at the train station at 7 am and dropped them off to us when we left at 10pm. They also had warm soup waiting for us when we checked in, and Mirjana made us delicious pancakes on our second day. It\'s about 20min walk to the old town, but some of the most beautiful beaches are just down the street. Mirjana will help you plan/figure out anything you need. Already trying to figure out when we are coming back to Split!

Mirjana and her boyfriend were incredibly attentive hosts and really went the extra mile to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was immaturely clean and well stocked and they were happy for us to use anything. The fridge had a few complimentary basics ready when we arrived too, which was really kind. We were picked to from the ferry and then towards the end of our stay she dropped us in to the car hire place in town. It was beautiful inside and really close to a lovely beach at the radisson blu hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a week in Mirjana apartment in Split. Mirjana is very nice and she was very willing to help us with any doubt or information about the city in fact she provided us with a map and a croatian-spanish dictionary very very useful :) The apartment is great next to the beach,bars and supermarket just across the street. Tidy and organised with lots of household. Our stay was great, highly recommended to everybody. Thanks Mirjana for the accomodation :)

The last minute we were looking for accommodation for one celebration in Split, and the owners Prisca were extremely cooperative and quickly came out to meet us and we were even waited at the bus station and drove the car to the apartment. Instead of one day in the end we stayed two. In the vicinity of the hotel Radisson Blue and the other day we bought a one-day ticket for the spa at the hotel and enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The apartment Priska we were a week in late August. Every day we spent several hours at the nearby wonderfully equipped beach hotel Radisson Blu - important: free beach! Owners are we prepared and beach towels we facilitated the time since we arrived by plane. They met us at the bus station where the bus will arrive direct from the airport and helped us with luggage to the apartment. In the fridge we found juices and cakes prepared for us! I recommend an apartment for longer stays because it does not have the usual "tourist kitchenettes " to prepare simple meals as is the case in most of apartments but the guest has available right kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender ... . and many things. Owners are to recommend a restaurant "Rusulica " near where we ate well and favorably, and in the center of town we were in the restaurant 'Imperium "(great view!)

We spent three days in the apartment Prisca and this time everything was all right. The advantage of the apartment's balcony on the south side on which peace can have breakfast. It is fast, has some of the building sufficient free parking, and a mattress on the bed was extremely comfortable. Urban transport is only fifty meters, Lidl store is right next to the bus station. Cito can be seen from the balcony - away or two minutes walk.

Very good place for a short break or holiday as well. The apartment is comfortable and you will find there everything you could need because of great hospitality of the householder.
