The apartment on offer is a guest house for holidays which is first row to the sea. It consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a spacious terrace with a view of the greenery and the sea. Swimming is possible on the rocks below the house. The first beach (with a beautiful view of the sunset) is a walk along the coast of less than 5 minutes. The city center is about 15 to 20 minutes of easy walk along the coast and halfway there you will find several cafes, restaurants and shops. We are in a quieter part of the town of Hvar where you can hear the waves and yet close to everything. The house is equipped with air conditioning and wifi connection. The reservation calendar and price list on this page are regularly updated, so I invite you to check the desired date. We only rent this one apartment with a terrace that is in the pictures and unfortunately we cannot offer you another one in the dates that are occupied in the calendar. To reserve an apartment, a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation price is required. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival. Arrival time: after 3:00 PM. Departure time: until 10:00 AM. The house is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. In the case of a child under 3 years of age, an extra bed is available. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house. We ask for your understanding so that we can provide the same level of service to all guests. We do not have a secured parking space, but there are several public areas where it is possible to park on your own.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The guest house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with every detail showing care from the high-quality bedding and plush towels to the well-equipped kitchen. It’s clear the hosts take pride in their home and have thought of everything to make a stay comfortable and easy. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. They were always available if we needed anything, but also gave us plenty of privacy. One particularly memorable gesture was when they prepared a cactus from their garden for us to try after we mentioned we were curious. Small touches like that made our stay feel really special. The beautiful stone house is in a peaceful spot with stunning sea views, gorgeous sunsets, and a lovingly tended garden. It’s quiet and relaxing, yet just a short walk from the city centre, shops, and beaches, making it a perfect base for exploring Hvar. Staying at the guest house Lina made our visit truly magical. The combination of the beautiful setting, thoughtful touches, and the warmth of the hosts created memories we’ll always cherish. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hvar.

Great accommodation for a family of four. We had everything we needed and the owners were friendly and unobtrusive. The view of the sea in front of the house and the sunset are perfect. We were only there for a week but next time we will come for longer. There is no need to talk about the beauties of Hvar itself. A vacation to be desired!

Great location with a view to the sea. Clean apartment with terrace. Beautiful beach nearby and very nice owners. In the evening you can have a walk to the old part of the city with old buildings, restaurants, clubs for all generations.
