Apartments Villa Melia, intended for quiet family holiday, situated in Ivan Dolac on the south side of the sunniest Croatian island - Hvar. Villa was built in 2006th year, and is located 130 m from the beach. Apartments are fully equipped, and the windows have mosquito net. Apartment A3 and A4 can be shared large terrace connected in one apartment and are suitable for larger families. Kitchens are fully equipped: dishwasher, oaven and gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, extractor fan, kettle / coffee machine, small appliances (blender, scales, toaster), kitchen utensils and set of dishes. Apartments are supplied with a sufficient amount of garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels, liquid soap and toilet paper. Each apartment has an iron, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. Use of washing machine and mooring a boat is available on request.

Payment and terms

To confirm your reservation residence is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost at the expense of the host that will be delivered to the customer by e-mail. The balance is paid in cash immediately upon arrival. Surcharge room, upon arrival the guest is required to post bail in the case of any damages or breakages in the amount of € 150. Arrival of guests are expected between 14:19 pm and departure and the return key at the latest 10 a.m. on the day of departure. An hour before departure, the guest must call the host to check the apartment and if nothing is missing and is not sustained by any damage, and if no additional cleaning is required, security deposit shall be returned to the customer in full.
Residential tax is included in price.
