Minimum reservation is 7 days. Payment is required to make a 50% advance payment to the account, and the rest by arrangement on the spot or the same to the account. The price does not include a cleaning service in the amount of 70 EUR. Arrival time is from 2 pm and departure time is until 10 am.
Residential tax is not included in price.The advance payment is refunded if the reservation is canceled 10 days after the agreed arrival.
