Very nice apartments, clean and nicely furnished, convenient pool so that children can enjoy even while adults cook, especially if you stay on the ground floor. The sea could hardly be closer, which is really great, and very clean without algae and jellyfish. Friendly and correct owner. I recommend.

Thank you for a lovely holiday. An apartment with a pool and a few steps from the sea is the best choice. Clean and modern accommodation. Kitchen equipment better than at home. The owners are pleasant. A calm environment for families with older children who can already swim. Shop and restaurant about 5 km from the accommodation. If you are looking for a quiet holiday without nightlife, I really recommend this apartment. We will definitely come back here.

The Palma apartments met our expectations 100%. Everything was exactly as promised, whether it was the equipment and cleanliness of the apartments, the proximity to the sea (which is few steps from apartments), or the pool, whose water was cleaned on a daily basis. The host, Mrs. Darinka, was always helpful and willing, and on the day of our arrival, she welcomed us with a welcome drink. The accommodation is more suitable for people who enjoy a peaceful, relaxed holiday in privacy.

Fantastic location, wonderful view, no mass tourism! If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs. The house and the entire garden area is very well maintained. The pool is cleaned daily. The sea is crystal clear and entry is possible with stairs. A few meters further, our young children were also able to jump off rocks. We have spent a wonderful holiday and thank you! Very clear recommendation!

The villa is very well situated just a few steps from the sea, in front of the villa parking for cars. Sea beautiful and clean, public beach very nice, uncrowded. The apartment for six was well equipped, tidy as standard. Furniture older, but everything functional and in good condition. Lots of dishes in the kitchen, through various glasses, bowls, dishes, grater, toaster, blender, pots, pans - the older ones, Teflon worse, but I fried the pancakes on the stainless steel one. Toilet paper and towels are provided in the bathroom. Washing machine available. We stayed for 10 days and after five days Darinka changed all our sheets, towels, tea towels. Although it is not visible in the photos, from the side of the apartment is a terrace for six with a large parasol, and you are watching the sunset. Great pool, well-kept, parasols and sunbeds available. Our dog also goes on holiday with us, so we very much welcomed the fact that the villa has closing gates. When she was with us by the pool, she lay in the shade of Darinka's flowerbed. When we left the apartment, we didn't have to lock it inside, but thanks to the gate that was on our balcony, Sanny could lie down and look at the people. The only downside was that one of the rooms (the one with its own bathroom) did not have climate, it was quite lacking in the heat. Darinka and her husband are nice and smiling people and also very helpful. She fell behind my couch in the kitchen, a book, and I left without her. Darinka sent it to the Czech Republic at her own expense. Darinka, thank you very much again. The area is quiet, a short walk from the bakery. For a trip, I recommend a ferry to Pag to Novalja, or Planjka beach in Stara Novajla, where there are water attractions. You will find yourself well in Novalja and for good money. In Karlobag and Ribarica, I recommend throwing the name into a Google before visiting a restaurant. Then you will not be surprised by the price and quality like us. Overall, I give five stars, because except for the small, above-mentioned shortcomings, it is a beautiful place to return to, and even a pan would not discourage me. #lovevilacesaricakarlobag

We were able to spend two wonderful weeks here. The apartment is big enough for a family of 4 and well equipped. All devices from toasters to televisions are high quality. The furniture was great and there was fresh laundry after a week. The bathroom is very functional with the floor-level shower. There is also a washing machine, additional towels, etc ... Nothing is missing. The outside area and the pool are very well maintained and clean. There are loungers and umbrellas available, everything you need to feel good. The pool wasn't just a highlight for the kids. For us parents, too, a quick walk into the cool water was very welcome and we always kept an eye on the children. It is only a few steps to the sea. There was practically always space and only a few people. Good access to the water and clean. We could "park" our SUP on a small berth by the outside shower. In the second week we had a bit of bad luck with the noisy neighbors. But apart from the people, nobody can do anything about that. We went on two full-day trips to the national park and to Zadar, both of which were about a 2-hour drive. In the immediate vicinity there are small shops for essentials and some good restaurants. Karlobag, 5 km away, is the next smaller town with a monastery, other restaurants, police and medical services. Finally, I would like to say a big thank you to our host, the very warm Darinka. She really looked after us very well. We'll be back for sure!
