Each apartment has 1 parking space, in case guests come with 2 cars and trailers for quads, a boat, please specify this in the inquiry. The beaches are stone, concrete and pebble and the nearest beach is 70 m away from Villa Luca. The nearest restaurants are 100 m from the apartment, a shop 800 m, a bakery 150 m. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea, away from the crowds, ideal for a vacation without noise and stress, and the promenade by the sea and walking along the mountain paths experience an active vacation. When reserving an apartment, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total price. The final cleaning of the apartment is additionally charged €35.00 per apartment. For overnight stays of 1-4 days, the price is 20% higher. People who are not guests of the house by contract are not allowed to stay in the house (except with the consent of the host). 10 pm - 8 am QUIET TIME time without noise. Our stay at Villa Luce was great. Apartments are modern, clean and well equiped. Host was really friendly. When we arrived there was a cake in the fridge, and one night they invited all the guests on a barbecue with very good food. I strongly recommend.

On arrival, we received a cold cake, at the departure we also received a gift, a very nice gesture. Hosts are ready to answer all questions and very satisfied. It was a very clean and well equipped apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. I recommend to all who want peace on holidays.

We were in Villa Luce in early July. House apartments, modern and comfortably furnished. Everything until it smells fresh and clean. The region is very calm. The views from the balcony of Pag stunning (every day and every time look different). The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. To welcome in the fridge waiting for us cake baked by the owner and a bowl of fruit. The other warm gestures do not write, because a lot of it. In any case, we felt at home there.
