The Amberg House is luxurious and fully equipped, and is located in the old town center of Kastav, on the hillside beneath the historic Creekvine, a protected monument of culture. The house is hidden from the view with a unique view of the Kvarner Bay and the surrounding mountains, and offers high-class comfort. The location is ideal for visitors who want to discover the Opatija Riviera, Istria and Kvarner. The duplex apartment has three bright and spacious double rooms, three bathrooms, a gallery. The two rooms have their own bathroom. One room has its own large terrace. All rooms have flat-screen televisions and separate air conditioning units. Some are equipped with a toilet and a work desk. In the lower part of the house there is a living room, a well equipped kitchen and dining room, a play area, a laundry room and a bicycle storage. Wifi is available throughout the building. In the yard there is a whirlpool for six persons (2x2 m), quality garden furniture, swing and barbecue. Ideal for families and cyclists.

After receiving the inquiry you will receive a bid within 24 hours with all the instructions for the deposit payment. Advance payment is 20% of the bid amount. It must be paid within 48 hours of sending a bid through the bank (IBAN / BIC-SWIFT). Upon expiration of 48 hours if we have not received your advance payment, we believe the reservation has been canceled. The rest of the amount you pay either through the bank or on the day of arrival, in advance for the entire period. Deposit on arrival of 200 Euro (returnable at the end of stay). Upon arrival, guests must provide a passport or passport for registration at the Tourist Office. The stay is paid in advance for the entire agreed period. The stay starts from 16 hours on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.

The price includes the use of bicycle storage, bed linen, towels, bathrobe, telephone (local calls), WiFi, air conditioners, baby cot, travel cot, baby utensils, orbiter, toys. The price includes the use of the whirlpool, (possible from 18 April to 4 June). A total of eight people can be accommodated. The prices are valid for 6 persons, located in three double rooms. Use of extra bed is charged 10 Eur per person per day. One pet is allowed and is charged 7 Euro / day. Transfer to the airport is possible and charged according to the price list of the service provider.
