Our apartment is comfortable and situated near the beach. With a large, shaded terrace and a beautiful, refreshing garden in the front, it is a perfect oasis during those hot and crowded summer days. You will feel like home here. Apartment is located in private house on the ground floor (50m2 balcony). It has one bedroom with a double bed, which can be separated in two single beds (a portable baby crib is available on demand), a living room with sofa bed for two, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and towels, balcony and big garden with the barbecue that guests can use. Apartment is for 4 adult persons. It has air conditioning, internet (WIFI is free of charge), TV and satellite TV. Parking is secured and free for our guests. Tourist tax is included in the price and there is no additional costs.

Payment and terms
Advance payment by bank transfer. Reservation will be confirmed after the advance payment of 30% of the total amount to our bank account. The remaining amount is paid on arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. Prices are per day for the whole apartment. 10% discount is available for stays longer than two weeks (15 days). Included in the price: sojourn tax, bed linen and towels (weekly change), water and electricity. Departure by 10.00 am Arrival from 14.00
Residential tax is included in price.

Besides this, Kaštela is famous for good fish, fertile land which can offer lots of different fruit and vegetables.
