Newly decorated apartment, comfortable and cozy. It is located on the ground floor of the family house. It has two exits, one is to the yard where there is a vegetable garden, which you can use freely, there is also a barbecue with everything you need. The facility is located 3 minutes' walk to the sea and the town center. There is a shop and a coffee bar near the building. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living room with a sofa bed, a large table inside and a smaller table for sitting outside. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Superbly equipped kitchen, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, everything you need for cooking and all the necessary dishes for grilling, the grill is in the yard. Parking is free and is located within the building. We provide all other information upon your request.

Payment and terms
The reservation is fixed upon payment of an advance payment of 30%. The rest of the amount is paid by the guest upon arrival. Arrival time after 15:00. Departure time until 10:00 a.m. Feel free to park your car and leave your things with us while you wait for your apartment to be ready if you arrive early.
Residential tax is included in price.

In case of extraordinary circumstances, we will return the advance payment upon agreement with the guest.
