Deposit in case of damage in the apartment 200 €. Method of payment. If there is more than 30 days until the date of your arrival - 30% of the accommodation price, within 2 days after receiving the booking confirmation and payment details - 70% of the accommodation price must be paid no later than 29 days before arrival If there are less than 30 days until the arrival date : - 100% of the price of accommodation, within 2 days upon receipt of booking confirmation and payment information. If we do not receive confirmation of payment of the advance, the second installment or the full amount within the period in which we should have received it, the reservation will be automatically canceled, unless otherwise agreed.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the confirmed reservation, the following costs are charged: - for cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, 30% of the total reservation price is charged - for cancellation from 29 to 14 days before the start of the service, 75% of the total reservation price - for cancellation 13 - 0 days before the start of the service and / or if the guest does not show up at the booked accommodation, 100% of the reservation price will be charged. Refunded money in case of cancellation (difference between cancellation fee and payment for accommodation), will be reduced by the cost of transfer to your account. Check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
