The building can be rented in its entirety throughout the year.

For reservation is required to pay an advance of 20% and the rest is paid on the spot upon arrival guests with the tax. Apartments can be used on the day of arrival from 14:00 hours on the day of departure until 10:00 am. The price includes changing towels 2 times a week and cleaning.
