Payment is made by payment to the owner's IBAN, advance payment of 50% of the total amount, the rest in cash on arrival. Ckeck at 15-17h, check out 08-10h. Children 10+ years old allowed. Guests pay a security deposit of EUR 200 in cash, which is refundable on the day of check-out after the apartment has been checked. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties / events are not allowed. House rules apply between 22:00 and 06:00.
