Two bedroom apartment with balcony is located on the first floor of a family house in a quiet part of Ližnjan, 10 minutes walk to the first beach, 5 minutes to the center and grocery store and only 1-2 minutes to the first restaurant and bakery. It has a separate entrance and a fenced yard. It is good for couples, families with children, friends...The apartment is fully furnished, measuring 70 m2. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer and a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub and a washing machine. Sat TV, WiFi, air conditioning are free to use and do NOT charge extra. We will supply you with essentials such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, spices, soap, detergents. Here you can spend a quiet and relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, enjoying the view from the balcony to the vineyard and the town center. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic, nature is preserved and there are plenty of places for walking, diving, cycling, jogging.

Arrival after 2 pm on the day of arrival, departure until 10 am on the day of departure (with the possibility of early arrival and later departure, subject to availability with obligatory advance notice). Immediately after booking, a 30% down payment is payable, the rest will be paid to the account number we will send to you by e-mail or PayPal no later than 14 days before the arrival of the season or upon arrival out of season. A deposit of € 100, 00 is payable on arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the guests upon departure if the apartment is left in the condition as found. Sojourn tax is included in the price. Cleaning is charged at the reservation of € 20. Pets are allowed, fee is € 5 / night. .
